Perfecto, known as Fidi in the community of Las Marias, has been growing cacao and making his grandmother’s chocolate for friends and family for fifty years. On November 6th the first monthly run of 500 lbs. will be available to the world.
It all starts from the finest cacao genetics .
Perfect Chocolate is made from flavorful cacao unique to Puerto Rico, sourced from a farm in Adjuntas and a farm in Las Marias.
